Pawtel was born out of a deep love for cats and a desire to provide them with the care they truly deserve. We noticed a gap in quality cat boarding and healthcare services in Dhaka — most facilities were either too basic or simply not designed with cats in mind.
We set out to create a space where cats aren't just accommodated — they're celebrated. Every detail of Pawtel has been carefully designed to ensure your feline friend feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away.
How We Grew
From a small boarding room to Dhaka's most loved cat care destination — here's how it happened.
Started with just 4 cat suites and a big dream. Our founder began hosting cats for friends and neighbours in Mirpur, Dhaka.
After overwhelming demand, we added a full-service spa and grooming facility with a certified cat groomer on staff.
We partnered with licensed veterinarians to offer spay/neuter services, routine checkups, and emergency care — all under one roof.
Our online platform launched, allowing cat parents to book services, track their cats live, and shop for premium pet products.
Now serving hundreds of cat families across Dhaka, with a team of 12 passionate cat lovers and a 4.9-star rating across all platforms.
