Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially during weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
What should I bring when dropping off my cat?
Please bring your cat's usual food (if they're on a specific diet), vaccination records, any medications, and a familiar item like a blanket or toy to help them feel at home.
Can I visit my cat during their stay?
Yes! Visits are welcome during business hours. We also send daily photo and video updates so you can check in remotely.
Do you accept cats that aren't vaccinated?
For the safety of all cats in our care, we require up-to-date core vaccinations. Our vet can assist with vaccinations if needed — just let us know when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and all major debit/credit cards. Payment is collected at checkout.
